Trademark Building is a locally owned Building business that prides itself on quality, professional and personalised service. The business has been servicing the Central Coast, Newcastle and Sydney areas for 6 years now.
Proprietor and licensed Builder Paul Riley completed his apprenticeship with local Builder Chris Graves where he honed his skills as a carpenter and joiner and worked on building custom architectural homes. Following this Paul completed his Certificate IV in Residential Building Studies in 2007 and obtained his Builders licence. A few years on and Trademark Building was formed. Paul also completed his Diploma of Building and Construction in 2013 furthering his knowledge and commitment to the industry.
Paul is a lifetime Central Coast local resident and in addition to his passion for all aspects of Building work, he is keen on sporting activities and involvement in community projects.
Builder Paul Riley works on site and supervises every project thus ensuring the quality and standards which give Trademark Building its terrific reputation.
Paul will provide advice and guidance and an obligation free quote / estimate for any building project, large or small, linked to either a fixed price or a cost plus contract. Paul will provide owner builder assistance.
