Director and licensed Builder Paul Riley is completely hands on and works on site supervising each project. This ensures the highest standards and quality finishes that give Trademark Building its terrific reputation within the industry.

Trademark Building will provide advice and guidance as well as an obligation free quote/estimate for any building project larger or small, linked to either a fixed price or a cost plus contract. Ensuring your project and budget begin and follow the correct direction.

Trademark Building are fully licensed and insured and hold current Home Building Compensation Fund Insurance (HBCF) as well as relevant Public Liability and Construction Works Insurance. Trademark Building are also members of the Housing Industry Association (HIA).

Trademark Building have their own strict guidelines and a mission to reduce their environmental footprint on each of their projects. Trademark Building recycle, re-purpose and donate as much of their waste products on each project as possible.

From 1st January 2019 Trademark Building banned all single use plastics cups from every project in a bold and progressive Australian first initiative. Their initiative known as #constructioncutthecup has gained wide support from within the industry as well as the not for profit organisation Take 3 for the Sea.





Paul Riley

Director and licensed Builder Paul Riley completed his apprenticeship with local Builder Chris Graves, where he honed his skills as a carpenter and joiner and worked on building many custom architectural homes. Following this Paul completed his Certificate IV in residential building studies in 2007 and at age 22 obtained his builders licence. In early 2010 Trademark Building was formed. Paul also completed his Diploma of Building and Construction in 2013 furthering his knowledge and commitment to the industry and at the same time keeping Trademark Building ahead in their field.

Paul is a lifetime Central Coast resident and in addition to his passion for all aspects of building work, he is very keen on sporting activities, keeping fit, surfing as well as involvement in community projects. He is a trusted member of the local community and gives back to various organisations regularly.

Paul is well respected amongst his peers and has built a reputable name within the industry. His philosophy in building is:
“There is no such thing as problems, only solutions”.

Paul treats every project as if it were his own, he is credited to be very versatile and is a trusted choice for many Architects and designers. With an eye for detail Paul has the highest quality at the forefront of all projects he delivers.

Paul’s exceptional communication and Project Management skills have been paramount in the successful delivery and completion of various projects for many Sydney based and Interstate clients.

Paul is the founder and driving force behind a not for profit organisation to eliminate all single use cups from all construction sites. His initiative #constructioncutthecup donates all profits to the non profit organisation Take 3 for the Sea and has received wide support from with in the community and industry.

Trademark Building also has strict recycling and waste minimisation systems in place to reduce their footprint and ease landfill.

Ryan Atkins

Ryan is a second year apprentice carpenter that plays a very integral part in Trademark Building. Ryan has a keen eye for detail and loves working with timber. Even as an apprentice, Ryan’s day to day duties are detailed carpentry, management and ordering.

Ryan has a very keen interest in the industry and is extremely good at consulting with clients and his peers.

Ryan is a very keen rugby player and supporter. He is involved in various community events and always gives back where he can.

Ryan is also a family man and father.
