ABOUT TRADEMARK BUILDING
Trademark Building is a multi award winning family run building company that prides themselves on professional and personalised service, traditional craftsmanship and delivering consistent high quality. We have been building on the Central Coast and delivering excellence in construction since 2010.
We have enjoyed the challenge of building a broad range of Architecturally designed houses, architectural renovations, custom new builds, alterations and additions.
Construction manager Paul Riley works completely hands-on by choice supervising each and every project. This ensures the highest standards and quality finishes that give Trademark Building its terrific reputation. Paul’s proactive and personal approach ensure a very transparent and innovative construction process.
Trademark Building are credited for being extremely versatile and multi skilled within their field and welcome a challenge.
Trademark Building are fully licensed and insured and hold current Home Building Compensation Fund Insurance as well as relevant Public Liability and Construction Works Insurance. Trademark Building are also members of the Housing Industry Association and the Master Builders Association.
Trademark Building have their own strict guidelines on site and a mission to reduce their environmental footprint on each and every project. Trademark Building recycle, re-purpose and donate as much of their waste products on each project as much as possible.

Paul Riley
Founder and Director Paul Riley completed his apprenticeship with local Builder Chris Graves, where he honed his skills as a carpenter and joiner and worked on building many custom architectural homes. During this time Paul completed his Certificate IV in residential building studies in 2007 and at the age of 22 obtained his builders licence. In mid 2010 Trademark Building was founded. Paul also completed his Diploma of Building and Construction in 2013 furthering his knowledge and commitment to the industry and at the same time keeping Trademark Building ahead in their field.
Paul is a lifetime Central Coast resident and in addition to his love for all aspects of building work, he is very keen on sporting activities, keeping fit, surfing as well as involvement in community projects. He is a trusted member of the local community and gives back to various organisations on a regular basis.
Paul is very well respected amongst his peers and has built a reputable name within the industry. He absolutely loves building and his philosophy is:
“The day that building becomes solely a financial transaction is the day I give it up”.
Paul’s care and consciousness for each project is unwavering. He is credited to be very versatile and is the trusted choice for many Architects and designers. With an extraordinary eye for detail Paul and his team have the highest quality at the forefront of each project he delivers.
Paul’s exceptional communication and project management skills have been paramount in the successful delivery and completion of various multi award winning projects for many local, Sydney based and Interstate clients.
Josh Gardner
Josh is our leading hand carpenter who has recently finished his carpentry apprenticeship with Trademark Building. Josh makes up an integral part of this company and is responsible for all carpentry works on site as well as the supervision of sub trades and employees. Josh is becoming a true craftsman and has an amazing meticulous skill set.
Having previously completed a Certificate III in Landscape Construction with Shakkei Landscaping, Josh brings a unique perspective to carpentry, along with a passion for creating beautiful spaces.
In his spare time you will find Josh exercising, reading books and exploring the world around him.
Lochie McClelland
Lochie is currently in the second year of his apprenticeship, after completing school based work experience with Trademark Building the previous year. Lochie really stood out with his commitment, determination and eagerness to learn the trade.
Lochie works in day to day with our carpenters and is already performing the tasks of an apprentice who is well into their time. He shows a remarkable skill set and is working on the finesse of our craft. Becoming a builder is something Lochie has always wanted and he is definitely on track to fulfil this dream.
In his spare time you will find Lochie on his family farm, playing rugby and riding motorbikes.
