Beach House – North Avoca

This large scale absolute beachfront renovation transformed the tired original beach house into a modern and sophisticated family home, whilst still retaining the original look and feel of the dwelling. Trademark Building worked very closely with the Architect and client to ensure its superior finish and execution of its critical details. This home now features a full redesign of the ground floor to include two more bedrooms along with a new grand front entry and a beach friendly ensuite for washing that daily salt and sand away. A new kitchen and custom joinery compliment the large open plan living area that fully opens up to the beachfront through the full width stacking sliding doors.
