‘BEACHSIDE APARTMENT’ AVOCA BEACH
Trademark Building completed a full comprehensive renovation on this original 1950’s beachside holiday apartment. With tight constraints and very limited access Trademark Building finished this renovation ahead of schedule. With an unbelievable view of Avoca Beach, this renovation capitalised on the oversized beachside terrace, combining a large entertainers kitchen that flows out through two custom commercial anodised bi-fold doors units. Fulfilling the clients vision of indoor/outdoor living.
